What are Analytical Reference Materials?+
All products sold by Axiom Research are Laboratory Reagents and Analytical Grade Standards intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical testing. They are not for human or veterinary administration, consumption, diagnosis, or therapeutic application.
Are your products third-party tested?+
Yes. Every batch is independently tested for identity and purity. A certificate of analysis (COA) is available for each product — see our Lab Results page.
How do orders ship?+
Orders are processed promptly and shipped with tracking, so you can follow your order status from checkout onward.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — shipping is free on all orders over £80. Orders below that threshold carry a flat £12 shipping rate calculated at checkout.
How should materials be stored?+
Lyophilized analytical standards should be stored refrigerated at 2–8°C and protected from light, in accordance with the Certificate of Analysis and institutional laboratory protocols.
What is your return policy?+
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our support team within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
How do I track my order?+
