Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, and our research compounds.

What are research peptides used for?+

All products sold by Axiom Research are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease.

Are your products third-party tested?+

Yes. Every batch is independently tested for identity and purity. A certificate of analysis (COA) is available for each product — see our Lab Results page.

How do orders ship?+

Orders are processed promptly and shipped with tracking, so you can follow your order status from checkout onward.

Do you offer free shipping?+

Yes — shipping is free on all orders over $100. Orders below that threshold carry a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

How should peptides be stored?+

Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored refrigerated at 2–8°C and kept away from light. Once reconstituted, store according to the specific compound's guidance.

What is your return policy?+

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our support team within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

How do I track my order?+

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email. For questions about an existing order, contact analytics@axiombiolab.com with your order number.
